All of my life I’ve been told to be more assertive and voice my opinion. Well, Epinions is the perfect place for me (and you!) to do just that. I mostly write in a handful of categories (Kids & Family, Beauty, Health, and Books), but I’m not afraid to speak out about any product/service with which I’ve had experience. We are all consumers and we need to share our experiences, good or bad or even neutral, so that we can make informed purchasing decisions.

Currently, I am an Advisor in two categories and I try to do my best at rating within those categories and offering suggestions to newer (and sometimes even older) members who may need a little guidance in crafting a review that will reach the most people and offer the most helpful information. I have been a stay-at-home mom for as long as my preschooler's been around and don’t see any end in sight since I have an infant now, too. I work from home as a freelance editor and enjoy writing reviews, surfing the ’Net, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

I worked in the publishing field for about seven years before deciding to stay at home and take care of my little girl. I love trying new products and letting my friends and family in on great deals and new innovations. I love to read to my little munchkin, so you can count on lots of children's book reviews from me, and my husband loves new gadgets and video games, so those will pop up every once in a while as well.
